About Nicky:

Nicky Cuesta got her first big break in Corporate America in 2006. After almost 15 years of service in the healthcare insurance industry as a representative trainer, Nicky broke the glass ceiling and finally decided to give herself permission to succeed and become her boss. This was during the most uneasy and uncertain time the world was facing in 2020. Nicky had to do a retro assessment of what she really wanted to do.

She was ready to start her impact journey with everyone that she connected with. Nicky’s power of faith and mindset was the final shift she took to finally become the leader in her life.
